The tax cows have strong defenses against people stealing from them and coercing them, so you should not advertise yourself as a coercer. Parasites, leechers and scavengers use advanced cloaking techniques to avoid detection by their host's immune systems. You have to use those techniques as well. Be one of them appear a servant, preach servitute, appear to beg for their votes. Their sense of morality is like iron filings, waiting for your magnet to align to (after indoctrination in your schools) and guide their actions to your benefit and their decrement. So call yourself and your henchmen civil servants and claim to serve humanity, the public good, god, mother nature or some other unverifiable concept without needs purpose and desires, but most important: without a voice.

It's even better to be called an idiot than to be called an evil thief and murderer. If the latter happens, your taxing exploitation days are over. The tax slaves will call you a clumsy idiot if you claim to serve their benefit, but somehow always seem to fail at delivering them the goodies. This way you stumble clumsily into power over them. Ask for more explanations of what you did wrong in your attempts to benefit them at the expense of their neighbor. Have them write letters to their congress man explaining it. Let them start web sites explaining you economics, as if their is anything wrong with your knowledge of economics. If you pose as their caring parents, they will not even think of mistrusting your intentions, but go for a misunderstanding. The idea of a exploitative parent is to frightening for them to contemplate; use it.
